Shipping Information
Bright Concepts Lighting ships commercial and specialty lighting products throughout the United States. Many products are fulfilled directly through our manufacturer and supplier network.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is currently $19.95 per order for eligible U.S. orders.
Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are processed after payment and product availability are confirmed. Products may ship directly from one or more supplier warehouses. Availability and estimated fulfillment times shown on our website are based on current supplier information and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Large, Oversized, or Freight Shipments
Certain large, oversized, palletized, or LTL shipments may require additional freight charges or separate shipping arrangements. Bright Concepts Lighting may contact you before fulfillment if additional freight charges or delivery requirements apply.
Accessorial Charges
Additional carrier charges may apply for services or conditions including liftgate service, residential delivery, appointment delivery, inside delivery, limited-access locations, redelivery, detention, storage, or similar special handling requirements. These charges are the responsibility of the customer when applicable.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing products from different warehouses or suppliers may arrive in multiple shipments.
Delivery Timing
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by supplier availability, carrier delays, weather, freight conditions, or other circumstances outside Bright Concepts Lighting’s control.
Shipping Restrictions
Bright Concepts Lighting currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
